This newly constructed villa with its 167 square meters of living area has a modern layout with tasteful décor in all rooms giving it a homely yet luxurious feel. Furthermore we have ensured that we provide all the necessary fixtures & fittings to make your stay more comfortable. More about our villa and what to expect upon your arrival: 3 Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a King Size bed whilst the others have large Queen sized beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bed side cabinets, dressing tables, Tv’s and hair dryers. Air conditioning is also fitted in all bedrooms along with ceiling fans for extra comfort and choice. 2 Bathrooms: The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom. In addition to the walk in shower and the luxury décor this bathroom has also been fitted with a bath tub. The second bathroom has also been finished and decorated luxuriously. In addition to the standard fixtures it also has a large walk in shower. The large living and dining area has a leather 3 piece suite , coffee table , oak finished Tv stand with a 55” interactive Led Television. The large oak dining table can comfortably seat 6 people. Air conditioning is also fitted in this area. The Kitchen sits adjacent to the open plan living and dining area and has two sliding doors leading out to the two undercover terraces in the garden. This fully air conditioned kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob & microwave. Furthermore there is a large American style fridge/freezer. We also provide a coffee maker, toaster, kettle & egg cooker along with a complete 12 place crockery set with glasses and other cooking utensils. The laundry room has an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. We also provide an ironing board and iron. The garden has been landscaped and is maintained twice weekly by the onsite maintenance team. The 9m x 4m rectangular swimming pool with water fall feature sits between the two covered terrace areas. Both terrace areas are furnished. The first area has outdoor 3 piece suite with additional glass table whilst the second has a 6 place dining table & chairs. There is also an additional barbeque area that also has a granite work surface and sink unit. We also provide 2 sunbeds which are ideal for the small decked sun bathing area next to the pool. Furthermore there is an outside toilet and shower situated at one end of the garden.
